Q. As a Sunriver vacation rental guest, do I need to bring linens?
A. No, sheets and towels are provided.

Q. Are Sunriver housekeeping services provided for rental vacation home guests?
A. The Sunriver vacation home is professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you depart. For this service you are charged a $100 fee.

Q. Is Sunriver housekeeping available during my stay?
A. Yes, for stays of 7 days, a mid-week cleaning can be arranged for a $75 fee.

Q. Does the Sunriver home have a washer and dryer?
A. Yes.

Q. Do I need to bring all cooking condiments?
A. No. You might want to bring your favorites, but a cupboard full of condiments is provided in the home.

Q. Can I bring my pet?
A. Sorry, pets are not allowed in the Sunriver vacation rental home. We can recommend a local pet sitter if needed.

Q. Are tennis courts available?
A. Sunriver, Oregon has over 30 outdoor tennis courts available in season. As a guest of Sunriver Vacation Rental there is no cost to you, and you can generally find an available court without reservations. Reservations can be made by calling Tennis Hill (at Ft. Rock Park ) 541-593-5707, or North Courts (next to the North Golf Course) at 541-593-5342. Indoor courts are available year round by reservation at Sage Springs, 541-593-7891, with a $20 day fee.

Q. Are swimming pools available?
A. Sunriver, Oregon has 2 outdoor swimming pools. As a guest, free passes can be arranged, by request, in advance of your arrival.

Q. What about golf?
A. Sunriver, Oregon has three 18-hole courses (one is private). You can also choose from 12 other courses in the immediate Sunriver area.

Q. Where do I go to pick up or drop off the keys?
A. Pick up and drop off keys at the Sunset Realty office located in the Sunriver Business Park. After exiting from Hwy. 97, go approximately two miles. The resort is located on the right. Do not go into the resort. Continue about 1/10 mile to the stoplight. At the stoplight turn left into the business park, then turn left at the T intersection, and Sunset is immediately on the right.

Q. What if we arrive after your office closes?
A. Please BE SURE to inform Sunset Realty if you will be arriving after hours so they can arrange for after-hours pick-up of your keys.

Q. What about Sunriver activities for kids?
A. There are several children's playgrounds, plus toddlers to teens' recreational activities and camps organized by Sunriver Owners Association. Contact Sunriver Owners Association at 541-593-2411.

Q. What about bicycles?
A. Sunriver Vacation Rental provides 5 adult bicycles at the rental house for your convenience. Additional bicycles are available for rent from several Sunriver bicycle shops.

Q. Does the Sunriver vacation rental home have cable TV?
A. The Sunriver home has 5 TV's, all connected to cable.

Q. Can I bring my RV or boat?
A. Recreational vehicles and trailers must be parked in the owner storage area located by the police station. The cost is $5.00 per night with a refundable $20 key deposit. Vacation guests must contact the Sunriver police department during regular hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm , Monday through Friday to make arrangements. Police department phone number is 541-593-1014. The only exception is if the vehicle is the only form of transportation and it must completely fit in the driveway.

Q. What time is check-in/out?
A. Check-in time is approximately 4:00 pm. Check-out time is approximately 11:00 am .

Q. What is the Sunriver vacational rental cancellation policy?
A. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival will result in loss of the vacation home rental amount. Cancellation within 60 days of scheduled arrival is subject to loss of deposit.

Q. Does Sunriver have medical facilities?
A. Yes. High Desert Medical Center is located in Sunriver, Oregon at 541-593-5400.
