This large single level, newly furnished home
provides plenty of private sleeping options. There are two master bedrooms, each with comfortable King bed and private bath. The spacious home also has two other bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, and one with a pair of Twin beds. Other sleeping options are a very comfortable Queen Wall bed in the den, and a new Queen hide-a-bed in the living room.

We want to make sure you're entertained during your Sunriver vacation stay, so we've equipped the home an outstanding selection of electronics. There are FIVE TV's, with cable programming. The home also has TWO DVD players, TWO VCR's, and a movie library of both DVD's and video cassettes. To entertain you with your favorite music we have an FM/CD/Cassette stereo and CD library.

Also provided in your vacation rental is a microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas outdoor barbecue, wood burning fireplace, deck tables and chairs for 12, double car garage, and five bicycles.

The home's favorite feature is an oversized Hot Tub that comfortably seats 10. It's rare that guests don't rave about how much they enjoyed the Hot Tub during their vacation stay.

No smoking and no pets.
